Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
July 16, 2010

Present: Dan Moriarity and Stanley Ross
The Finance Committee met to review the Building Commissioner’s job description and terms of employment as was agreed at an April Select Board Meeting with the Building Commissioner.
Stanley Ross offered to be the Finance Committee representative on the Employee Compensation Committee.
The Committee agreed that the job description should state that the position is a salaried, part time position and that the Building Commissioner is expected to be available in the Town Hall for a minimum of six hours each week. They also agreed to add that benefits are not offered as per our bylaws which state that benefits are only available to permanent, full time employees.
